Amy Wade made the home buying process so easy. This is my first home and she helped me through every step from finding a mortgage lender, looking at several houses until we found the one thatI loved and then she negotiated for me, and I got the house when it had several other people that put in offers too! She helped me through the inspections and appraisal, and it all went smoothly. She was always available when I had a question. I love my house and I will definitely use her when it is time to sell this one and buy a new one.

Amy Wade did an excellent job for us both when buying a new house and selling our existing house. She did a very thorough job comparing the houses to other houses in the price ranges to ensure I was getting the lowest price while buying and maximizing my selling price.

When buying the house, I ran into several issues with the seller fulfilling their contract requirements. Amy was very responsive to our needs and handled ALL issues without us having to get in the middle of the discussion with the seller. We were impressed with that, and she ended up getting our business for selling our old house. Of course, she handled all the negotiations and gave us advice on what to accept for the final price. When we disagreed, she never pressured us into doing things her way, and in the end, we got a very good selling price. She was able to negotiate us out of doing some repairs for the house (including some that were questionable that were requested as part of the appraisal).

Overall, we had an extremely positive experience and would recommend Amy to anybody.
